You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. User content

You may submit content such as place listings, reviews, photos, and comments. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to post your content.

3. AI-powered document reading

• The Service uses AI to read and extract information from uploaded pet vaccination documents, such as vaccine names, dates, and veterinarian details.
• Not a substitute for professional records: AI-extracted data is provided for your convenience only and may not capture all information from your documents. Always maintain your original veterinary records.
• No guarantee of accuracy: AI document reading may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. We do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of extracted data.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for verifying that extracted information matches your original documents. Petnr is not liable for any harm, loss, or damage resulting from inaccurate data extraction.
• Document handling: Uploaded vaccine documents are processed by third-party AI providers and automatically deleted 3 days after processing. By uploading documents, you confirm you have the right to share them.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not violate laws, infringe rights, or post unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or bypass security controls.
• Do not scrape or harvest data without permission.

5. Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Petnr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-extracted document data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Petnr expressly disclaims all liability arising from the use of or reliance on AI-extracted information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petnr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Petnr shall not be liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-extracted document data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Petnr is established. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
