• User content: places you create, reviews, and uploaded media.

• Pet health data: vaccine certificates, vaccination records, and health documents you upload for AI-powered analysis.

3. AI-powered features

• We use artificial intelligence to analyse pet vaccine documents and organize vaccination records digitally.
• Uploaded vaccine documents are processed by third-party AI providers. Documents are transmitted securely and are not used to train AI models.
• AI-generated results (extracted vaccine records, booklet summaries) are stored in your account for as long as you maintain it. The original uploaded documents are automatically deleted after 3 days.
• Legal basis: consent (you choose to use the feature). You can delete AI-generated results at any time from your pet's profile.

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Provide the Service and manage accounts (contract).
• Improve features and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
• Show nearby results when you enable location access (consent).
• Send service messages and updates (contract or legitimate interests).

5. Sharing of data

We share data with service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support). This includes AI service providers that process pet health documents on our behalf, subject to strict data processing agreements. We require them to protect your data and use it only for our instructions. We may also share data if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

If we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Pet vaccine documents uploaded for AI analysis are automatically deleted 3 days after processing. AI-generated results (vaccine status, risk scores) are retained until you delete them or close your account.
